We collect information about your investment preferences, purchasing power, and target areas to match you with relevant deals. We do not guarantee that any specific property will be available, that you will acquire any property through our network, or any particular financial outcome.

3. User Representations

By using our service, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Your use of our service complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will not use our service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms

4. Communication & SMS Consent

By submitting your phone number through our forms, opt-in at an open house, or through an established business relationship, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages, emails, and phone calls from Real Property Multiservice Limited Company regarding property listings, off-market opportunities, price changes, market updates, and related real estate services.

Message frequency: You will receive 1-4 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages, or HELP for assistance. Opt-out requests will be processed within 24 hours.

Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us directly. Opting out of SMS does not affect other communications for which you have separately consented.
